New Home close to Beach, Bike Path, and Sleeps 10!

The listing looked amazing but when we got there we were like WOW! It was beautiful, clean exceeded our expectations! Tim the Property Manager was so quick to respond and help with any questions we had. The location was close to so many things. We would highly recommend this to anyone interested in going to the cape!They had plenty of bedrooms! The Master was amazing. I was lucky because I found the listing, I got first dibs!! Yup and I got it! All of them are beautiful! Place is new! The living room had two large leather couches and an 85” tv! Kitchen/Dining area was huge! Table sat 10 people…yes 10! Large island, double oven and dishwasher. Large deck off the kitchen. Beautiful Adirondack chairs. Sat out there talking with our friends!So take the plunge and get this place! You won’t regret it! Trust me!

Immaculate home and lovely quiet street. Loved that linens and bath towels were provided. Bike path and beaches near by. There was plenty of room for us ( 6 adults). Tim was very easy to work with and extremely responsive. Would definitely consider renting again.

overall the place is very nice and Tim is easy to communicte with. Great location.

The inside of the house is lovely. There are great spaces for family to gather, in particular the family room and dining room - that was a highlight for my family! The inside of the house was well kept, and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner / property manager was very responsive to questions.We had trouble with the A/C - even with the A/C on, it was 80 degrees in the master bedroom during the day. I was unhappy that, after paying the non-refundable cost, I was asked to sign a landlord-favorable agreement (I have never been asked to sign such an agreement for any other VRBO property), and, again after paying the non-refundable cost, I was told the owner/property manager was putting a 500 hold on my credit card (again, something that I have never experienced with any other VRBO property). At a minimum, I think these matters should have been disclosed upfront. The guest book needs to be updated to correctly state where the beach chairs and umbrella are located.

This home was the BEST vrbo I have ever stayed in. Never seen a more clean and fully sufficient stocked kitchen. Tim was a phenomenal host and quick to respond to any questions.I would give Tim 3 10 stars if possible!We have stayed in over 20 VRBO and this surpassed any of my expectations.
